Pep Boys Auto Service & Tires

UPDATE: After being rescued, they finally found that the issue of the Battery was NOT the battery itself but something with the computerized system - everything was OFF. I am so glad Aldo & Robbie the mechanic knew what to check. I am MOST GRATEFUL. They were always willing to HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES - I just knew something must be causing the batteries to DIE - but I am not a mechanic. So glad for their HELP!!! A Thank You Juan M. and everyone else that chose to care. Lesson: if your key fob is NOT BEING recognized by your engine/car - and you know your key fob has a GOOD BATTERY - take it to the DEALERSHIP IMMEDIATELY. The Staff is very friendly here - originally had an emergency. But I am so VERY DISAPPOINTED that after needing a new battery on 6.8.2024 that came with a 30 month warranty that NOW 26 months later I am in need of a 4th BATTERY as of yesterday. Something very wrong with this picture. I just received my 3rd replacement from them on 7.20.26 - since then, I have had to call AAA 2 add'l times - DEAD BATTERY for no valid reason. [Four times total I had to use AAA - one for a tow on 7.20.26 ] Now I am needing a 4th REPLACEMENT - this can not be. I feel that I should NO

I recently visited Pep Boys for an oil change and a new set of tires, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They kept me informed throughout the service, worked efficiently, and had my car running and driving better than ever. The shop was clean, organized, and the customer service truly stood out. It’s refreshing to find an auto shop that’s both trustworthy and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

Wow! What an incredible service ! We were in such trouble having our tire blown on Sunday late afternoon while having less than 12hrs to move to a new house… Brandon and Juan worked with us from the moment we called the shop to ask for options, to arranging our affordable towing, waiting on us on the parking lot and quickly repairing the tire while keeping us in the loop in waiting room. This stressful situation turned into such positive experience that didn’t even affect our day! Can’t praise these guys enough for being quick, honest and very professional ! Highly recommend this store !

Huge shoutout to Aldo at Pep Boys! He was incredibly helpful and took the time to find me the best deal on tires without making me feel pressured at all. The whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I was honestly surprised at how fast everything was. In and out within an hour. Great customer service and a really smooth experience overall.

Stopped by Pep Boys today after picking up a nail in my tire. I had tried to come in yesterday about an hour before closing, but they were pretty busy, so I came back today for my appointment. Even with a full shop, they took care of everything and made sure it was done right. Really appreciate the team getting me back on the road.
